My name is Zander Irron and I am the web-master of some several finance sites. I came to know about your site : "thinkreverse.com" through search engines while surfing. I found your site interesting as well as informative for my visitors.

I am interested to exchange our visitors through doing guest post/content exchange. It will be mutually beneficial for both of us as the uploading of fresh content will help both of our sites to have more number of Google indexed pages. It will gradually boost the ranking of our sites in search engines.

Moreover, I can place your link within the content page of my websites.

Waiting for a quick and positive reply.

regards,
Zander Irron

May I ask you to email a copy of the actual filing. I believe it would be helpful in the filing I have against HUD, et al for conspiracy where failure to protect is one of the elements of my complaint.

I am a pro se litigant.

Good morning Atare, we briefly met when i moved to MN to work with Legend Title and subsequently Title-1. I truly appreciate the book you gave me and found it very enlightening. Family needs made it necessary to relocate back to PA but I wanted to stay in touch and even refer you out to those who could use your knowledge and understanding of Reverse Originations, specifically Reverse Purchases. What is your email and maybe any info your have on originating and marketing Reverse Mortgage Purchases? Thank you and I look forward to working with you Atare.
Have a great week

Hello, Atare. I think you are on to something important where you discuss the importance of asking seniors the right questions in order that we can become better and more responsible specialists. I wish these questions were discussed at the managerial level more, and not just the sales aspects of the product. I agree, we as RM professionals must get beyond the sales only capacity. I do fear what you discuss will simply not be realistically what is discussed at kitchen tables. Once we go to less of a commission-based system and more to a performance, quality and long term approach I think we can only be held responsible for transgressions. I also believe the industry must do more to attract quality professionals with a financial management or financial planning background. A test would be a good tool to gauge someones experience with financial planning and maybe open the doors to more education and quality control aspects.

Hi,
It's the first time I've ever heard the situation of the underage spouse mentioned, and to be honest I've never considered it myself.
Thanks for highlighting it.
